At instinct we value and respect our customers. We hope our relationship with you goes beyond the time you leave the shop with your piercing. If you have any questions or problems call us or drop in, we're happy to help. If your looking for jewellery we don't have, we will try to order it in for you, or have it custom made. We are glad to take requests.  

When you come into our studio and buy a piece of jewelry from us for a piercing you already have, we will help you put it in for free!  We will also perform bead changes for free.
